      • Tasks: Cut 14 trees, grind 10 stumps, remove old fence, and limb additional trees

    3. City Comprehensive Plan
      CMPDD selected to conduct the plan

    4. Civic Center Rental Issues

      • Ongoing issues with building damages from renters

      • Currently rented through December

      • Board considering stricter rental policies or halting rentals

      • Suspended rental dates to consider cost or repairs vs rental fees collected

      • All current rental dates will be honored
      • No new dates for rental until further notice
      • Mayor Grubbs to assess building and report at next meeting
