According to Mayor Dale Berry, the City of Magee has been moved to phase 2 of the Emergency Proclamation following Mississippi Department of Health announcing there is a COVID-19 case in Simpson County.

The city is now under a curfew beginning Saturday night, March 21, 2020.  The curfew is from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.  All non emergency personal need to off the streets during this time period.

Basically, the only thing changing at this point is the curfew.  All city services are still available.  Fire and police are available as well as payment of water bills.
