Downtown Magee came alive Monday morning as the community gathered to honor those who have served our country during the annual Veterans Day Parade. Flags waved, music filled the air.
Leading this year’s parade as Grand Marshal was Retired General Scott Hubbard, a true hometown hero whose decades of service represent the courage and commitment of all who wear the uniform.
Adding rhythm and energy to the morning were the talented bands from Mize High School, Mendenhall High School, and Magee High School—each bringing their own flair and patriotic sound.
The Magee and Mize Cheerleaders kept spirits high with their bright smiles and enthusiastic cheers, reminding everyone that our youth continue to carry the torch of community pride and patriotism.

A special highlight was the appearance of a vintage World War II Jeep, symbolizing the bravery of those who fought for our freedom generations ago. Veterans from all branches rode through the streets.

As always, the Magee community showed its heart. Local businesses, school groups, churches, and civic organizations joined together to celebrate the men and women who protect our nation.
From start to finish, the Magee Veterans Day Parade was more than just a procession—it was a moving reminder of what makes our community and our country strong: unity, gratitude, and service.
To all who served—Magee thanks you.
