Mayor Berry spoke with Superintendent Greg Paes, who spoke with his board. City of Magee asked to reduce their payment from the school district for the use of the baseball field at the Sportscomplex in exchange for the land. The school board discussed the option of removing the fee paid by the school district for the use of facility.  The price paid by the school district is $15,000 per year. The Board of Alderman discussed counter offers. The city wants to receive some type of payment from school district to cover price of water and electricity while field is in use.  Alderman Hickman asked before approving any decisions to bring numbers of how much the actual cost to the city for the operation of the baseball field. Mayor Berry advised he would have figures ready for the board by next board meeting.

Neither board had approved any decisions at this time.
