Hattiesburg, Miss. – Hampton Thames, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank, is excited to welcome Tiffany Burch as Vice President and Treasury Management Officer. Based in Hattiesburg, Tiffany brings more than ten years of experience in banking, with a strong background in helping businesses manage their finances and grow confidently.
A graduate of William Carey University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Tiffany has held several relationship-focused and leadership roles, including branch management, commercial lending, and business development. She most recently focused on treasury services and community engagement efforts—an experience directly supporting her new CNB role.
Tiffany will work alongside businesses throughout Mississippi to deliver tailored treasury management solutions—designed to streamline day-to-day operations, strengthen cash flow, safeguard against fraud, and fuel long-term growth.
“Tiffany’s expertise and community-minded approach align perfectly with our mission to support local businesses across our footprint,” said Hampton Thames, President and CEO of Citizens National Bank. “She understands the importance of strong relationships built on trust and practical financial tools, and her leadership will be a tremendous asset as we continue to add value to our clients through Treasury Management services.”
Originally from Mize, Tiffany is proud to serve the region she calls home. She’s actively involved in the local business community through Pine Belt Young Professionals, an Area Development Partnership program, and other regional initiatives.
Founded in 1888, Citizens National Bank is celebrating 137 years of service as an independent, Mississippi-owned community bank, with locations in Hattiesburg, Laurel, Waynesboro, Madison, Ridgeland, Flowood, Columbus, Macon, Kosciusko, Carthage, Olive Branch, Southaven, Meridian, Quitman, and Philadelphia. The bank has assets in excess of $1.7 billion and manages $2.2 billion in its Wealth Management Division, which is committed to assisting clients with the accumulation, preservation, and transfer of wealth. As a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), CNB is dedicated to promoting economic growth and improving the financial well-being of underserved communities across Mississippi through affordable housing, small business development, and consumer financial products and services.
