Chief Justice Bill Waller Jr. today issued the following statement regarding the Governor’s appointment of Judge Jimmy Maxwell to the Supreme Court:
“I welcome Judge Maxwell to the Supreme Court. His energy and experience will serve the court and the citizens of the state well.”
