Charles E (Jack) Foreman, 79, of Mize, passed from this life Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Wesley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 03, 2016 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will be in Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 02, 2016 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
Mr. Foreman is survived by his wife – Mary Hatten Foreman of Mize; six daughters- Donna, Debbie, Sandra, Dorothy, Angel, and Jessie; three sons- Chris, Wayne, and Mark; 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Foreman is preceded death by his parents- Charlie L and Bertha Foreman.
