Charities Filing Deadline
JACKSON, Miss – As a reminder, Monday, May 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. is the deadline for all charities to file if one of the following apply:
- A December 31st fiscal year-end
- Charity needs to file an extension request and has already filed the extension required with the I.R.S. with a December 31st fiscal year-end
- Charity has a June 30th fiscal year-end and already has extension on file with the Charities Division
