Chaos and Turmoil
We have all seen the troubles in our country. There are unspeakable acts of terror, killings, and enslavements taking place around the world. We all want to find solutions to the hatred and discord among the people in the United States. But most our leaders will never find the solution to the chaos and turmoil growing across this nation. The solution will not come from the Democratic Party. It will not come from the Republican Party.
The source of all peace is in the presence of God! We are promised in John 16:33 that peace is found only in the Holy Spirit! We are looking for solutions that are not available through military, political, or geographic solutions. To borrow from an old country song, we are looking for peace in all the wrong places! We asked God to leave our businesses, government, and schools and then we wonder at the turmoil that is taking place! It is time we invited Him back into our lives!
