The Scriptural passage for today is found in Psalm 55:22: “Cast your cares on the Lord, and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous fall.” The psalmist is admonishing all who will listen that God is the source of all strength and protection. God will wrap His loving arms about all those who put their trust in Him. He will never forsake the righteous, His children. I love the old hymn “Safe in the Arms of Jesus.” In obedience to God in our effort to please Him, let us go about our day and share the love, joy, and kindness God has imbued within us. We are His feet, voice, and hands, his emissaries. Let’s not disappoint our Lord and Savior.
Let’s be sure to join together this morning with others of like faith and persuasion to worship God, sing praises to Him, and hear a stirring message from one of His servants. If you aren’t able to attend in person, tune in to one of the many television and radio broadcasts. Have a wonderful Sunday.
