Carolyn McCann Donnelly, 93, of Mendenhall, passed from this life Monday, February 20, 2017 at the Arbor at The Orchard in Ridgeland. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall, Bro. Rodney Anderson will officiate. Burial will be in Mendenhall City Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements, (601)847-4401.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
Mrs. Donnelly is survived by her Sons – Larry Stromberg (Lorraine) of Taylor, Texas and James Stromberg (Sonia Gaye) of Questa, New Mexico; Stepdaughter – Darlene Zagorski (Tom) of Florida, Niece – Barbara McCann Boone (Billy) of Mendenhall, 15 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Donnelly is preceded in death by her Husband – Fred Donnelly; First Husband – Chris Stromberg; Parents, James Henry and Ella Mae McCann Brothers – Robert Cecil McCann, Sr. and James Weldon McCann, Sisters – Bessie Mae McLaughlin and Kathryn McCann Conwill.
