The Simpson County and City of Magee burn ban has been lifted according to John Kilpatrick, Emergency management for the county, and Charlie Valarie, City of Magee fire marshal.
The ban ends today (Wednesday, November 22, 2023).
Although we had rain, caution is advised when burning.
