Burglary at a Convenience Store Tuesday Morning

Magee Police Department releases the following statement about a burglary early Tuesday morning!

On November 24, 2020 at approximately 3:00am a suspect used a gold Dodge truck to ram the front of Fleetway 156, commonly known as “The Shell Station”, on US Hwy 49.

The suspect stole an ATM machine and fled from Officers to Mendenhall where the vehicle was found wrecked. The suspect fled on foot in a wooded area. The owner of the vehicle, Alexander D. Thomas, is wanted for questioning in this incident. Anyone with knowledge or information on his location should contact the Magee Police Department at (601) 849-2366.
