Danny Craft, Supervisor District 2, reports the bridge located on Saratoga Sharon road just south of Sharon church, first bridge off Hwy 28 East, will be closed Wednesday, September 20, 2017, due to failing bridge inspection. There is no set time period for closure. The closure will probably be lengthy. Funding must be applied for and work preformed. With legislators not funding bridge programs last session, the closure may be long term. Citizens are encouraged to contact their legislators with this concern of bridge funding.
