SG3The Pearl River Region, formerly known as Area 2, had 71 athletes, 30 coaches and 4 unified partners to participate in the 2015 Summer Games held in Biloxi, MS, SG2at Keesler Air Force Base. The athletes returned with various medals in Volleyball, Volleyball Skills, Track & Field, Bocce, Softball Throw, Aquatics, Tennis Skills, Bowling, and Golf. The highlight of the Summer Games each year is the Volleyball event. This year our Pearl River Region was represented very well with the Boswell Volleyball team SummerGAmes2SGcapturing the gold medal and the Boswell Unified Volleyball Team defending their gold medal against a very competitive group of teams. All of the athletes had a great time, and they’re already looking forward to returning to Keesler for the 2016 Summer Games.
