Bobbie Rose Martin, 69, of Raleigh, Mississippi, passed away at her home on Wednesday, September 9, 2020. She was born Saturday, July 7, 1951, in Magee, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Union Baptist Church in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Union Baptist Church. The burial will follow in Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Dr. Jeff Myers and Bro. Danny Dickerson will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Mrs. Martin was a member of First Baptist Church of Raleigh.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, and sister.  She enjoyed making cakes, putting puzzles together, reading books, and taking care of people.  She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by parents, Robert Lee Allen and Rachel Ruth McKissack Allen; one son, William F. Martin, III.

Survivors include three children, Hope Martin Westbrook (Tracy) of Raleigh,  Allen Martin (Denise) of Mize, and Lee Martin (Jessica) of Raleigh; husband, William F Martin, Jr. of Mize; nine grandchildren, Aaron Westbrook (Carol), Madelyn Garcia (Tony), Barrett Martin (Kristen), Dustin Westbrook (Lydia), Madison Martin, Maria Dukes, Kassidy Martin, Alevia Martin, and Kirklee Martin; five great-grandchildren, Drew Cox, Brentley Westbrook, Asher Garcia, Adalynn Lott, and Dallas Martin; one brother, Larry Allen (Melissa) of Mize; three sisters, Pansy Little (Allen) of Mize, Doris Welborn of Raleigh, and Tammy Mathews (Wayne) of Raleigh; special care giver, Carrie Grays; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Aaron Westbrook, Dustin Westbrook, Barrett Martin, Tony Garcia, Chad Little, Gabriel Welborn, Jacob Welborn and Benjamin Graves.

Honorary pallbearers will be Joshua Welborn, Nathaniel Welborn, Lance Little, Matt Matthews, Drew Allen, Ryan Allen, Madelyn Garcia, Madison Martin, Maria Dukes, Kassidy Martin, Alevia Martin, Kirklee Martin, Brittnee Sullivan, Dean Sullivan, Alex Matthews, Kristen Martin, Carol Westbrook, Lydia Westbrook, Hannah Matthews, and Brooke Bowden.
