Rhuel Dickinson Report

1. Adopt an Order to approve the Claims Docket of March 16, 2015 in the amount of $1,323,348.40 and the electronic payment claim for VISA in the amount of $4,201.40
2. Authorize the February 2015 Completed Claims Docket to be made a part of the minutes and for the Board President to sign
3. Approve The Financial Report and Solid Waste Reports for the Month of February 2015, as presented by the County Administrator.
4. Consider the estimate for Road Damage due to logging activity on Cole Road
5. Consider updating the 4-year road plan.
6. Approve applicable travel, registration, lodging and mileage expense for: Curtis Skiffer to attend the MS Association of Supervisors Minority Caucus Conference; Rhuel Dickinson, Eric Bowen, and Tommy Joe Harvey to attend the Spring Educational Workshop for County Administrators and Chancery Clerks in Jackson, MS (April 15-15); Rhuel Dickinson to attend the 2015 MS State Hospital Continuing Education Program at Whitfield, MS, April 7th; Rhuel Dickinson to attend the Office of the State Auditor Governmental Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Auditing Update in Pearl ,MS, April 21st
7. County Authorize the claims and immediate issuance of checks for the following\: Gulf Engine and Equipment, Inc for a new engine for the 2009 Broce Broom in the amount of $6,792.40. Written quotation bids were approved by Rhuel Dickinson County Administrator, for the replacement of the engine and turbo for the 2009 Broce Broom. The lowest quotation for the new engine and turbo unit was from Gulf Engine and Repair in the amount of $6,792.40. The second quotation for a new engine was from Mid-South Machinery, Inc. was for $8,031.25. A rebuilt engine from CBS Diesel, Inc. was quoted at $7,440.
8. Acknowledge and Record in the Board Minutes: Simpson County Park Commission Monthly Accounting report for the month of January, 2015; D’Lo Waterpark Daily recap report for February 2015
