Billy Ray Herrington, 84, of Magee, MS died Friday, April 15, 2016 at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Magee, MS. He was born Sunday, August 9, 1931

Funeral services will be held Sunday, April 17, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will follow in Calvary Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Mize. Bro. Charles Ray Burnham will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031

Billy was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors.

Mr. Herrington is preceded in death by his parents Marshall and Laura Herrington; son – David R. Herrington.

Mr. Herrington is survived by his wife – Frances Herrington of Magee; sons – Gary Herrington (Robin), Rowlett, TX, Ricky Herrington (Kaye) of Mendenhall; daughters – Sandra Craft (Jeff) of Mendenhall, Sherril Perry (George)of Magee; brother – John Herrington (Marilyn) of Houston, TX.

Visitation will be held Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in Magee,
