Billy Ray Eubanks passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, MS. He was born on March 31, 1932, to Buck Eubanks and Lee Ella Jones Eubanks in Magee, MS.
He was a retired equipment operator. One of his favorite hobbies was coon hunting. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He loved and adored his family, and his loss will be deeply felt by them.
Billy is survived by his sons, Delmas “Moose” Eubanks (Brenda), Delton Eubanks (Deborah), Jeff Eubanks (Rhonda); daughter, Peggy Taylor (Mike); grandchildren, Melanie, Allen, Mandy, Daniel, Kelly, Katie, Kimberly, Bethany, Valerie, Jeffery, Jeremy, Jessica; great-grandchildren, Landon, Dylan, Olivia, Kaylee, Ryleigh, Evan, Trent, Tristan, Trinnity, Presli, Maddox, Emmy, Lily, Cayleigh, Emmaleigh, Dyson, Blaire, Bennett and daughter-in-law, Clemmie Kay Eubanks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Buck and Lee Ella Eubanks; wife, Mary Catherine Sullivan Eubanks; son, Mike “Pig” Eubanks; daughter, Billie Joyce Sullivan; brother, I.C. Eubanks; sisters, Pearlie Brown and Vera Hall.
Pallbearers will be Allen Eubanks, Daniel Eubanks, Jeffrey Eubanks, Jeremy Eubanks, Kelly Eubanks, Dylan Perdomo, Landon Nunnally and Jose Perdomo.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. The service will begin at 1:00 PM in the chapel with Bro Rudy Jackson officiating. Interment will follow in Magee City Cemetery.
