Billie Doris Smith, 84, of Mendenhall, Mississippi, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020 at Kings Daughter Hospital in Brookhaven. She was born Sunday, January 5, 1936.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1, 2020 from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. The Burial will follow in Mendenhall City Cemetery. Bro. Travis Touchstone will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601) 847-4401
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles O. Smith; parents, Clifton and Wilma Boxx; brother, James Boxx; sister, Ann Boxx Amason; granddaughter, Kristy Davis.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth Smith and wife Laurie; Karen Magee and husband David; grandchildren, Justin Smith and wife Madeline, Jordan Smith, Jocie Prestridge and husband Randy and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Dale Amason, Mark Amason, Austin Case, Connor Case, Justin Case, and Randy Prestridge.
