We were blessed and in my opinion dodged the bullet when hurricane Ida came through Simpson County.  We may have missed the bullet but we didn’t miss the mess!

Tim Bray and his crew have been hard at work cutting limbs, picking up limbs and trash…and fixing problems.

I have received several calls about the ditch/culvert near Colonial Chapel Funeral Home.  Truly, I was afraid if I fell in, my car would be gone!

Tim and his crew took care of the problem Wednesday.  Thank you so much!

These guys are working hard to repair areas in our city as well as clean up the city.

If you see any of the city crew, please tell them thank you.  Everyone wants to be acknowledged!

So glad to hear this. I was afraid I would get a tire in it. Thank you to all of the city workers – things look good. Thanks also to the volunteer clean-up crew. What a great job they have done.
