Presidential hopeful Joe Biden was declared the winner of Mississippi shorty after 7:00 PM just when the polls closed. Unofficial numbers for Simpson County show Joe Biden with 1,893 or 82.30% to Bernie Sanders 320 or 13.91%.
President Donald Trump soundly carried Simpson County with 3,241 or 98.24%.
