BFit Gym, owned by Beverly Slover and located at 1700 Simpson Highway 49 Suite D in Magee, held a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.
The opening of BFit Gym is the realization of a longstanding dream for Slover, who said, “I have always wanted to own a gym, and that was what I wanted to open when I started BB’s in 2007.”
The timing was not right, however.
“It wasn’t the right time until April, 2023, when God opened the door, and as I have said several times, would never shut it!” Slover said.
The Magee Chamber of Commerce welcomed BFit Gym to the community with a plaque, presented by Chamber President Tiffany Kinslow. Magee’s Miss Hospitality Hattie Grace Ashmore was on hand to help with the ribbon cutting as well.
