Bethany Hannah James passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 3, 2018, at Magee General Hospital at the age of 26. She was born on December 29, 1991, to Charles and Melinda (Anderson) James.
Bethany was a bright and happy ray of sunshine to everyone she met. She loved her Lord, family, friends and her cats with such a sweet passion. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was an active member of Dry Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by her parents, Charles and Melinda James, brother, Devin James, maternal grandmother, Fay Anderson, paternal grandparents, Ezell and Lynda James, Frances Ferguson and a host of family, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved maternal grandfather, Bernice Anderson.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Services will be held on Friday, July 6, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at Dry Creek Baptist Church, in Magee with Brother Charles Ray Burnham, Brother Emerson Diaz and Brother Joe Metts officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
