Magee High School’s Pride of Simpson County Band has been working hard towards growing and improving the name of the band.
Mrs. Amanda Sumrall, Band Director, is allowing old band students to rejoin band in the upcoming year. She has also invited any female at Magee High to tryout for the 2018-2019 color guard team.
Chloe White, a member of the band, is showing off the new uniforms that the Pride of Simpson County Band will be wearing next year.
(left to right) Cynahmon Lee, Jamie Robertson, Macie West, and David Johnson went to William Carey University to represent Magee High School on March 1st-3rd for a honor band clinic. All of the students were in the WCU White Band at the clinic.
The honor band clinic preformed a concert on March 3rd.
The Pride of Simpson County is now preparing for concert competition and will compete in April as they continue to reach new limits!
