NEWS RELEASE –

BALLYHOO BUILDING GETS “GUSSIED UP”

MENDENHALL, MS — Ballyhoo, the big green building on Highway 49 in Mendenhall has been around for 12 years, under the leadership of Ms. Cinde Walker. During this time, Cinde has put her heart and soul into serving her customers and providing them with the best shopping experience possible and selection of items that rivals any boutique in the state.

After 12 years of operation, Cinde is excited to announce that she has made the decision to close the doors of Ballyhoo and move on. Cinde is equally excited to announce that within a short time of Ballyhoo closing, locals and 49 travelers alike, will start to notice some changes as the Ballyhoo building gets “All Gussied Up” for its new owner.

After a Store Closing Blow Out Sale to liquidate all inventory and fixtures, the building will take on a transformation under the new ownership of Tommy and Brittany Bishop as she brings her existing store, All Gussied Up, into the space and makes the building her own. When asked about this transition, Walker said, “I could not be more excited for this new chapter in my life and in Brittany’s as well. The Ballyhoo business has served myself and my family well for many years and it has been a joy to operate; but I feel confident that this is the right time to make this change and I know that I am leaving the Ballyhoo building and its legacy in great hands. I cannot wait to see what Brittany does to transform the space and make it her own.”
In preparation for their biggest sale ever, Ballyhoo will be closed February 26-27.
If all goes as planned, they will open the doors the afternoon of February 28 to begin their BLOW OUT LIQUIDATION SALE!!!
