Toeing the rubber for the Trojans Friday, March 23rd on the road was Timon Kennedy. Kennedy went seven inning , allowing one run on three hits and striking out three, to seal the win by a score of 9-1 against Raleigh.
Trojans would would win back to back district wins this week.
Magee score five runs in the fourth. Scoring singles for the Trojans were Landon Hayes and Chandler Pittman, A triple by Zack Teater and a double by Jaden Chatman.
In the bottom of third, Raleigh scored when Dickey grounded out, scoring one run.
Trojans are back in action Saturday against Pearl.
