The Scriptural passage for today is found in Mark 10:15: “I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will not enter it.” Clear and succinct, isn’t it? Yes, our attitude and our approach are both vital when it comes to God’s business and His kingdom. Haughtiness and pride have no place there; therefore, we must become as little children in mind and heart in order to please Him. God is not impressed by our earthly wealth or fame. No, it is our hearts, our attitudes, our humility which matter. Let us, therefore, look at little children in their quieter moments. Study them. The verse will then make perfect sense to the believer. To the non-believer, the words are but foolishness, signifying nothing. Amen!
