Asiah Mykenzie Saranthus, 21, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly Monday, August 23, 2021, in Mendenhall, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, February 9, 2000, in Jackson, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in Raleigh, Mississippi.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 3:00 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church. The burial will follow in Bezer Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. Bro. Rich Ables and Bro. Rodney Hannah will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Asiah was a member of Liberty Baptist Church of Raleigh, Mississippi.  She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, and friend.  She was a 2018 graduate of Mize High School. She enjoyed life and spending time with her family and friends.   She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

Survivors include her mother, Tina Saranthus of Mize; three sisters, Kirsten Lichte and her husband, Donovan, of Mendenhall; Raelynn and Brooklynn Saranthus both of Mize; one niece, Blake Lichte of Mendenhall; grandfather, Hardy Saranthus and grandmother Sharron of Mize; grandmother, Sadie Pippen of Mendenhall; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.

Pallbearers will be Donovan Lichte, Justin Lichte, Marquize Nixon, Robert Garner, Jason Runnels, Chad Hosey, Landon Hosey, and Brandon Hosey. Honorary pallbearer will be Kye McKinley.
