On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 5:30 PM at City Hall, the Zoning Board held a series of public hearings. One was a request for conditional use to install an RV Park in a commercial zone in Magee. The public attended, and several people gave their input regarding the request. To offer another opportunity to clarify the zoning differences between a manufactured home park and an RV park, the Zoning Board will host a public town hall meeting on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 6 PM at City Hall. At this meeting, the Zoning Board will discuss amending the Zoning Ordinance to include specific guidelines for RV parks, as other cities have done. The public is invited to attend this town hall meeting.

Why don’t you tell what really happened at this meeting??? Another cover up by Sue at Magee News!!
I foresee the city spending more money needlessly to defend against another lawsuit!!! $1,200,000.00 2 years ago is dwindling below $500,00.00 in the rainy day fund!! These so called Republicans on the board are blowing and going. Town Hall Meeting, lol!!
