A friend contacted me Wednesday morning with a reminder about scams in our area.
She received a voice message saying it was necessary to immediately call a certain number concerning a problem with her taxes. The call was supposedly from the IRS.
Remember: the IRS will not call you. Remember: don’t give ANY personal information over the phone.
The bad guys are after us!
