Watch out folks! I just encountered another scam this time with Amazon.com. I received a notice my Prime membership was set for renewal and my payment method was out dated. I clicked on the link. Immediately, my computer notified me that this was an unsecured site. I didn’t think to much of it and started to type in my password. A sign popped up saying change your password not secure. When this happened, I realized something was wrong!
I went to the main Amazon site and checked the renewal date of my Prime membership. The date is not until April.
Folks, beware! Scams are everywhere!
