Annie Lou Burnett, 80, of Mize, Mississippi, passed from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, September 20, 2019, at Hillcrest Nursing Home in Magee, Mississippi. She was born Wednesday, February 22, 1939.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee, Mississippi.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, September 23, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. The burial will follow in Concord Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Danny Dickerson will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

Annie loved spending time with her family, cooking and taking care of her many grandchildren.  She enjoyed her employment at Covington Needle Works.  She was a dedicated supervisor on the sewing line.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold Clinton Toney and Oscar Burnett; her parents, Otho Meadows and Mattie Meadows.

Survivors include her children, Robby Toney and wife Lesia, Cindy Sullivan and husband BJ, Billy Toney and wife Kay, Tammy Duke and husband Bill, Terri McDaniel and husband Mike; 12 Grandchildren; 19 Great-grandchildren; and 3 Great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Bill Duke, Joseph Walker, Mike McDaniel, Ben Toney, Berl Harvey, and Hunter Goforth.
