Wendy Seals is truly an angel with wings! She is the director of Angel Wings, an out-reach center that offers help to victims of domestic violence.

Angel Wings has been in operation for twenty years and provided safe shelter to over 2500 families. The mission of Angel Wings is to provide temporary safe shelter to individuals who are left homeless as a result of domestic violence or sexual assault crimes.

The center doesn’t just protect and provide. The women and children are given counseling, taught financial management skills, led in life living skills, help with employment assistance as well as legal advocacy.

As with any organization, the funds provided to operate the center are never enough. Angel Wings is a non-profit organization so all donations are tax deductible.

My friends, Angel Wings is in need of our help!

Items needed: laundry detergent, sanitary napkins, Clorox bleach, alarm clocks, trash bags (33 gal and 13 gal), combs and brushes, dish-washing liquid, hair spray/hair grease, dishwasher detergent, all size panty hose, paper towels, toilet tissue, deodorant, soaps, lyson spray, lotion, powder, oven spray, polish remover, bath towels and wash cloths, Tylenol (adult and children), linens (double & queen fitted & flat), bandages, ointments, pillow cases, blankets, bedspread, shampoo, conditioner, bathroom cleaners, pampers, baby wipes, fabric softener, pull-ups…..furniture and food items.

As one can see…a lot of stuff is needed! I just feel there is something on this list that “we” can give.

Information is available on their Facebook page (Angel Wings Out reach Center).

If you would like to make a donation to Angel Wings, contact the organization on FB or send an email to Sue@mageenews.com. (I’ll make sure the items get to the center)

Wendy is awesome…loving…kind…and caring. She is blessing others just as God is blessing her.

We have so much to be thankful for…let’s share with others.

Wendy
