Copiah-Lincoln Community College recently hosted the first annual Archery in Mississippi Schools (AIMS) All Star Classic Shoot Out. Overall Female Winners were from left, Vernitta Longino of Mendenhall High School, 5th place; Gabby Ladd of Lawrence County High School, 3rd place and a $200 Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks (MDWFP) Scholarship; Amber Henry of Mendenhall High School, 2nd place and a $300 MDWFP Scholarship; and Bailey White of Lawrence County High School, 1st place and a $500 MDWFP Scholarship. Over 140 students from across the state competed in the tournament.
