Alex Assists at State Capitol
Alex Broadhead of Mendenhall, grandson of Senator Perry Lee, recently served as a page for the Mississippi Senate.
Pages generally run errands for officials and Senate staff.
Alex is pictured with his grandfather, Senator Perry Lee, who sponsored his visit. Alex is the son of Bill and Amanda Broadhead and attends Simpson County Academy.
When asked about the week, Alex said, “I had a wonderful time paging here. Every morning I looked forward to coming to the Capitol. I would like to thank my grandpa, Senator Perry Lee, for showing me so many things and helping me.”
