Zacchaeus’ Tree Adoption Ministry will be holding their next adoption and foster care class on Wednesday, February 15th, 2023 in room 207 from 6:00-7:00p at Crossgates Baptist Church in Brandon MS. A one-hour training credit has been approved by MDCPS for foster families that attend the meeting in person.
Jerri Strickland who is a social worker with New Beginnings Adoption Agency in Tupelo, MS will be the keynote speaker. Jerri has over 30 years of experience working in the adoption industry and the topic of discussion will be ‘Adoption 101’ understanding the basics of the home study process.
Childcare will be provided for free through the church and RSVP is not required to attend the class. There is no cost for the class and everyone is welcome to come learn more about adoption and fostering. Crossgates Baptist Church is located at 8 Crosswoods Road, Brandon MS 39042.
