Amen! In two verses, the gospel writer sums up the credo of the Christian. We have absolute assurance that nothing can separate us from the love of God once we repent, accept His gift of salvation, and begin our walk with Him. What a comfort for any individual in this life of struggle, disappointment, and despair. Let us diligently seek God’s favor, rely on His promises, and thank Him for His marvelous saving grace. Reach out to someone today. Offer love and encouragement. But above all, be kind.
