Several years ago at an estate sale, this framed picture came into my possession.  I have no idea who C. A. Anglin is.  The award was presented by then Governor Cliff Finch in recognition as a Colonel on the Staff of Governor Finch.

The declaration is free to anyone.

Contact Sue by email

Text or call 601-310-6881

I will hold the declaration for 3 days.
