William Franklin McGee, 76, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at his home in Magee, Mississippi. He was born Wednesday, January 24, 1945.

  Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee

  Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. The Burial will follow in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Jay Hays and Bro. James Fortenberry will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.

  Mr. William McGee was married to Mrs. Rosemary Little on June 17, 2017. He was a longtime member and deacon at Beulah Baptist Church. He also loved to watch wildlife from his front porch in his rocking chair. His hobbies were watching LSU sports, woodworking, and keeping his plants and yard neat. He loved his family and friends with all his heart.

  He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Mary McGee; son, Jimmy McGee; grandson, Lee Sullivan; step-son, Rodney Sullivan; brothers, Loyd McGee, Andrew (Andy) McGee; sister, Lena Thoms.

   Survivors include his wife, Rosemary McGee: son, Jason Sullivan; grandchildren, Mason Sullivan, Faith Sullivan, and Kellie Sullivan; great-grandchild, Levi Sullivan; sister, Mary Lloyd; and host of nieces and nephews.

  Pallbearers will be Mason Sullivan, Paul Meadows, Danny Dickens, Justin Corley, and Donnie Lowery. Honorary pallbearer will be Levi Sullivan.
