 CHANGE OF PLANS! He will not be going home today. Paul was trying to get him ready to leave, and he started throwing up.

Finally got an update on Patrick! They had to do some final x-rays just to make sure of certain things. The x-rays came back, and thank goodness all were good.
Believe it or not, he will be going home today. It will probably be a long ride home, but thank goodness he will be home, and we can take care of him and Maggie at the same time.  Everyone will not be going in 50 different directions.
This will definitely be an experience for the next six weeks+ with his back. They will be doing surgery on his arm August 6, and hopefully that will help with the pain that he’s going through with that.
Keep the prayers coming as we navigate the next steps and figure out how to make him as comfortable as possible. Right now, we’re taking it one day at a time, trusting God to guide us through each moment. We truly appreciate every prayer, message, and act of kindness
