District Attorney Matt Sullivan will be sworn in Friday, March 5, 2021 at 1:30 PM in front of the historical Smith County Court House as Circuit Judge.

The Circuit Judge position became available following the death of Circuit Judge Eddie Bowen.

Assistant District Attorney Chris Hennis will also be sworn in as the new District Attorney.
