Tuesday, February 18th is the Mardi Gras Crawl, a night of delicious food, street vendors, and shopping

The event is from 5-9 PM on Main Street.

The shoe box floats will be on display in the Ural Everett Park.  People of all ages throughout our city are working hard on their shoe box floats!

Thursday night, February 20th is the Mardi Gras Parade and Block party. Live entertainment immediately follows the parade.  The parade will follow the route of the Christmas parade.  The Shoebox float judging will take place in Ural Everett Park

According to Main Street director Tiffany Kinslow, “you can walk, ride a float, ride a golfcart…a side by side…whatever you want! “ Parade entries need to gather together near Main Street by 4:45.

“We are allowed this year to “throw” stuff—beads, candy, cups…just use your imagination, “ explained Tiffany.

The parade rolls up Main Street at 6 PM.  It is still not to late to enter the parade.  Check out the MainStreet Magee FB page for details.
