The Magee Police Department has released the following arrest report:
- Natasha Hayes was arrested and charged with Commercial Burglary and Shoplifting – First Offense.
- Brian Scott Burns was arrested and charged with Embezzlement Over $1,000 (Felony).
- Kevin Sherrod Harden was arrested and charged with Felony Conspiracy and Felony Shoplifting.
- Amanda Lynn Corr was arrested and charged with Felony Conspiracy.
- Aunnalee Chestnut was arrested and charged with Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and a Local Warrant.
Chief Denis J. Borges said the Magee Police Department remains committed to protecting the community by enforcing the law fairly, professionally, and without favoritism.
All persons listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The charges are accusations only and may be amended, reduced, dismissed, or remain as originally filed as the judicial process moves forward.
