Magee 6U All-Stars Bring Home Third-Place Finish at World Series

The Magee 6U All-Stars have plenty to celebrate after bringing home a third-place finish at the Dixie Youth Baseball 6U World Series in Laurel.

Representing Mississippi, these young athletes competed against some of the best teams in the South and proved they belonged on baseball’s biggest stage for their age division. Throughout the tournament, the All-Stars displayed determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship while making their hometown proud.

Magee opened World Series play with an impressive victory over Louisiana before continuing its successful run through the tournament. Their outstanding performance earned the team a third-place finish among the top youth baseball teams in the region.

Leading the team was Head Coach Hayden Holbrook, assisted by Matt Lee, Jasper Adcock, and Megan Herrington. The coaches praised the players for their effort, positive attitudes, and willingness to support one another throughout the season.
