Loyce Jean Loper, 77 of Raleigh, MS passed away Thursday, June 27, 2024 at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. She was born Sunday, May 11, 1947 in Magee, Mississippi.

 Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh, 219 Sylvarena Ave, Raleigh, Mississippi. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh. Burial will follow in Merchants Cemetery in Raleigh, Mississippi. Bro. Red Bowen will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Raleigh is in charge of arrangements. 601-764-2181

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Carol Loper; son, Keith  Boykin; daughter, Patty Boykin; mother, Annie Windham; brother, John Henry Bradshaw; sister, Betty Ann Bowen.

 Survivors include her son, Eddie Boykin (Norma) of Enterprise, MS; daughter, Stacy Berg (Larry) of Brandon, MS; eleven grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; sister, Dottie Blanton; and a host of nieces and nephews; and seven dogs that she loved.
