Lillie G. White, 77 of Mendenhall, MS passed away Friday, July 26, 2024 at the Simpson General Hospital in Mendenhall, MS. She was born Monday, January 20, 1947 in Simpson County, Mississippi.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall. Burial will follow at The Puckett Cemetery in Puckett, Mississippi. Bro. Earl Clark will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. 601-847-4401

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Thurston White; parents, Jack Grantham and Eva Hylander Grantham; Maternal grandparents, Jim & Beaulah Hylander; Paternal grandparents, Mack & Vennie Grantham.

Survivors include her children, Bill White (Jennifer); daughters, Angie White Calhoun (Brad) and Kim White Breeden (Wes); grandchildren, Zachary White, Brittany White Bennett (Andrew), Raymond Troth, Austin Calhoun (Emily) and Tyler Breeden; great- grandchildren, Prentiss Dean Calhoun, Salem Grace Bennett and Lyla Grace Troth; sister, Felica Grantham Little (Butch); and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members.

The family would like to give a special thank you to Bedford Care Center Staff of Mendenhall and Simpson General Hospital.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Puckett Volunteer Fire Department.
