Jimmy Carroll Garner
Magee, MS
Jimmy Carroll Garner, 83, passed away on Tuesday, May 26. 2020 at his residence. He was born on January 11, 1937, to the late Malachi Crawford Garner and Lula (Warren) Garner in Simpson County, MS.

Jimmy proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them especially the grand and great-grandchildren. His memory will be forever cherished by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Jimmie Nell (Layton) Garner; sons, Gilbert Dewayne Garner (Patricia), Cary Neil Garner (Cindy Gail), and Carroll Douglas Garner (Margaret Helen); six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by six brothers; four sisters and one granddaughter.
