The Magee Police Department has arrested and charged the following individuals on separate incidents:
As these cases move through the court process, the charges may be upgraded, reduced, or remain the same. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Renee Jones was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Lisa Michelle Weeks was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.
Kenneth Thornton was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, false pretense, burglary of a dwelling, auto theft, and possession of paraphernalia.
Kitara Sharice Price was charged with credit card intent to defraud.
All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
The Magee Police Department remains committed to protecting the community and enforcing the law fairly and professionally.
