The First Baptist Church tennis court was full of squealing children as Firemen Phillip Magee and Michael Allan sprayed the young ones during a cool off time Thursday morning, July 9, 2020.
The older children had a great time! The young ones were not so impressed!
Fireman Michael Allan explained that bringing the fire truck and spraying water is not a waste of time. “Not only do the children have a great time, we are given the opportunity to learn even more about our new truck and how to regulate the water.” Michael told me that the fire hydrants that have a blue top or usually ones with good pressure. He said the one by FBC has great pressure.
Summer time and the living in Magee, Mississippi is hot! No one is to old to enjoy running through the spray!
